    Jason came out for a garage door repair on 4/5/12. He was timely with his arrival and very polite and professional. He offered me an estimate before beginning his work and gave other suggestions on how to maintain the garage door and motor which he installed. I appreciated his friendly demeanor and efficient work.

    Elected not to use Precision as I felt bait-n-switched and then price gouged! Your tech quoted me nearly $550 for a garage door opener you can purchase anywhere for a $150. He then quoted another $300 plus for installation for a grand total of roughly $850!! Most garage door companies have a standard cost for installation of an opener/tune up and most of them are around $100. I got everything fixed for $250 which is what this job should have cost. I think your tech saw my home and neighborhood and thought I could afford to pay more.
