Service was great. Charge for Service was not so great. $200.00 per hour for labor is not acceptable. Cannot recommend your Company, nor will I use it again.

I called for a service appointment, expecting it to be after the holiday and there was availability the same day I called. Noah was my service person. I explained what I thought was the issue and he did routine maintenance on the door as well as showed me how to make it a manual working door. I also explained that I was having an issue with the opener and it was replaced.

The gentleman that came out to assist us with fixing/replacing garage door was very friendly and helpful. Even thorough it was a nasty weather day he never seemed upset to be here. He gave us not only advise on what all was needed, but type of door needed. The price was quite a bit lower than I expected (nice surprise), and said it wouldn’t take long to install, can’t wait for him to get it in.

We received immediate repair service, when our garage door spring broke, and we couldn’t open the door at all. They came early the next day, and reviewed what was needed and repaired it in a few hours. Nate was awesome, with no additional sales pressure.
