Dalton fixed my garage door this afternoon and he was wonderful! He showed up on time (even came a little early) and fixed everything really quickly! He was also very professional and knowledgeable!

Dalton was very thorough and took the time to explain to me the problems with my door. He was very efficient and completed the job in a timely pattern. I wasn’t happy spending $1,251.00, but Dalton convinced me the work needed to done.

Prior to his arrival, the Service Technician, Nathan, sent me his estimated time of arrival along with his picture. That to me means that Precision Door values my time as well as my security. We carefully reviewed all of the options, including breaking the project into segments rather than all at once, no pressure. As advertised, all of the parts were on the truck and the job was completed as stated hours not days. This was my second time using Precision Door once on my old house and now on my new. Both cases the results were excellent, money well spent when using the right company.

Esteemed Sr. Carlos Morales I was very fortunate to get Tech. Hayden Saari for a new Genie garage door opener purchased from Precision G.D.S. on 4/29/25. Hayden arrived at the exact time promised and was very polite and extremely knowledgeable on the Genie product he was about to instal. After informing him of my current age and past stroke; Hayden made sure to explain what the job entitled with patience and in a non technical manner. Job was completed in approx. (2 hrs.) and work area was totally cleaned up. Hayden took the time to program an extra Genie remote and my automobile “Homelink” system.
