My garge door became inoperable due to a broken spring. I contacted Precision and scheduled a repair. The technician, Dalton, arrived on time after notifying me that he was on the way. The door was assessed and an estimate for the repair was provided. Dalton explained the repair, the prices for the parts and added a few suggestions. All needed parts were available on the service vehicle. There was no high pressure salesmanship and the repairs were completed in under an hour. Dalton obviously knows his business, was professional, respectful, and friendly. This was an outstanding experience. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors, and Dalton. I will use this company for any future door repairs or replacements.

Nic was very informative, kind, thoughtful and professional. He lubricated my doors made proper adjustments and showed operation and maintenance. He even showed me the type of battery in my remotes. There are not many like him! Please consider giving him a big raise. He even talked about AC&DC motors with the different models. This is the truth. This is not fake. Please consider his future. I usually don’t comment, but he is worth it!

Kalen is a great technician! He came out on time and was very professional. He diagnosed the issue with my garage door opener and gave me a free estimate. Had we not been moving I would have definitely had him perform the garage door opener replacement. Although, I will definitely use and recommend Precision Garage Door Service for our new home.
