I have gotten many comments on the quiet operation of the door. I recently lost the garage door openers and called Precision immediately. Their speed, courtesy, and effectiveness in solving my problem was impressive. They not only got me back out on the road with new openers, they were kind enough to perform a few basic maintenance tasks while they were there. I am preparing my house to sell and wouldn’t you know, my garage door lock and handle blew up today. My door is manual with a tee handle and lock combo. I called several places today and Precision was the only one to schedule me for today. I received a pre-visit call from Chad letting me know his arrival time. I could go on but let’s just say he exceeded my expectations and got the parts delivered while he waited. The new lock works great, I am very pleased with chad’s service. As an aside I do have one issue. While perusing their website I found a 10% discount that I wasn’t made aware of. Sure wish I had the discount applied.
