My neighbor recommended Precision. I called when my opener failed right in the middle of our “cold snap” and made an appointment for the next business day. NATE called thirty min before the appt and was right on time. The young man was a “PRO” in all aspects. Courteous, very knowledgeable, explained the process of his service and went beyond! After resolving my issue he quoted potential replacement parts and opener should we require. I cannot be more pleased. You have a top man who understands the meaning of “service”.

Customer service was helpful and got me an appointment right away. My technician was a little to parade for my liking and his recommendations but Siri explained a couple of options for me and was knowledgeable as well did a very good job on the service.

Decided garage door needed service after the door kept stalling when closing. Called around noon and tech on site by 230, same day service, very impressive. Tech listen to issue, saw it happen and went to work. 2 new sensors, lubrication of track wheel, and adding struts to lower garage door panel, up and running fine again.

The two young men arrived sooner than expected — after calling to ask if it was okay. Both were friendly, respectful, and helpful. They worked efficiently and patiently answered several questions about my door and remote-entry system. After they left, I felt like my door — parts of it quite old — had been restored and would continue to give good service for some time to come. I hope and trust that I won’t be disappointed.
