What an awesome company to work with. First, a real person answers the phone. I was able to get same day service, even on a Sunday. Actually they came out in less than an hour after my call. My technician, Noah, was wonderful. He conducted an overall inspection, discussed what was needed to fix the main issue, and discussed other specifics that we might want to address now as well. Professional, friendly, not high pressure on anything. Had everything he needed in his truck to do the work. Did an awesome job, the garage door has never opened and closed this smoothly. I got their name and number off of one of their service trucks checked their reviews on the internet and they had a 4.9. I called and scheduled a service appointment. They came the next day and gave me a quote that I accepted and they went to work. They had everything that was needed, finished the job. Their tech was awesome and I know why they have a 4.9 rating. Called precision garage door told her what was going on said someone would be there in about 2 hours noah called a short time later said he is on the way Noah got here fixed problem very professional new everything about garage doors
