Precision door service has done work for us in the past and we called this time to replace a broken door spring. The call was placed late morning and the technician arrived early afternoon. The technician was courteous and engaging and the work completed quickly. I was pleased that he went beyond the scope of the repair and checked the tracks, rollers and lubricated all components. Very much satisfied with the entire experience.

I have never gone wrong with Precision and this most recent visit is no exception. The online booking is super easy, tech called ahead and was right on time. He quickly troubleshooted and solved the problem.

Our technician was professional and courteous. He reviewed the operation of our garage door opener and its accessories with me. Before he left, he lubricated all of the door rollers and hinges.

HASSLES OVER WARRANTY. The motor unit failed while door was opening. Spoke to their warranty dept, ensured it was under warranty (“yes, it’s the whole unit attached to the ceiling we’ll replace” – her words.) tech comes out next day and plays semantics about motor, motorhead, etc. Make calls, comes back, makes more calls. Even though they know what equipment I have and what the problem was, didn’t have proper parts to do fix. Not happy. Maybe they should take part of their advertising budget and fund their warranty obligations, and they won’t have to nickel and dime customers so much.

Problem quickly solved, Colton was super clear on explaining and left everything like new. Highly recommend.
