He was very professional, friendly and really knew his business. He had what was needed on his truck and was able to repair it right away…… Dalton is a great asset….

I called this morning to schedule an appointment. It so happened they could come out the same afternoon. The young man that came out was very courteous as I explained my situation as the caregiver for my wife and that I wasn’t sure if I had the time right then for the service. He explained what he needed to do, that it wouldn’t take that long and for me to take my time in what I needed to do. And he kept his promise. Everything was done and explained to me and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Granted, my issue wasn’t a critical repair, but it was important to me that it be addressed. Excellent communication via phone and email with the office. Kudos to Precision Door!
