I replaced my garage door opener twelve years ago, using Precision. Everyone remarks how quiet it is. Since that time, when something goes wrong, I call you first. Yesterday the rubber pulley broke unexpectedly. Brian was here within two hours. Having had the springs replaced six months ago, I will have the pulley replaced. Next time the springs go, I will use Precision for a new door installation. Mine is wood, heavy and 34 years old. Precision is dependable, professional and most of all honest. Most highly recommend.
