Fully satisfied with Precision! Encountered problem at 11:00am. Riley, the tech was here by 1:00pm and completed removal of old unit and rollers and installed new opener and rollers by 4:00pm. Also balanced door, adjusted springs, connected by wifi to my security system and programmed my car! He was very meticulous and thorough. Cleaned everything up before leaving. Highly recommend!

My experience was 10/10. I knew we had a large repair so I wanted a garage door company that has been around for a long time and would be able to honor the parts & labor warranties, if need be, down the road. My technician was Tim and he was phenomenal! Cameron (technician) did an excellent job installing new Genie overhead garage door opener (model 3120H). He arrived on time, he’s polite and respectful. He answered all my questions about the Genie garage door opener. He installed the motor, track, remote, and sensors in a timely manner. He cleaned up the area when he completed the job. I’m very satisfied with his work and quality of Genie garage door opener. I would recommend Cameron to my family and friends.

When my garage door opener failed to operate correctly, I called Precision Door. The technician, Brian arrived at the appointed time and went to work troubleshooting the problem. He informed me that unit had broken a coupling and recommended a new opener. I said Ok and he quickly installed a new Genie garage door opener. Brian was fast, efficient and he cleaned up the little mess that he made. Great job. I now have a new “quiet” garage door opener. Thank you.
