Wes was excellent! He went above and beyond explaining what needed repaired! Was very happy with the service provided by Wes! Would definitely recommend Precision service! He installed some type of reinforcement bar and cleaned up the cables and rollers.

I had problems with my garage door opener for a while. Another company put in a new opener but the problems still occurred. The company was rude to me and could not help without a promise of more money up front. I saw the add for Precision in the Mint magazine. When I called I was greeted by a pleasant lady who was able to get a tech to me the same day. The young man was pleasant, timely, and precise. When I described the symptoms he knew exactly what the solution should be. He corrected the problems and made sure everything was working, including my car remote. Very pleased with the service.
