I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by Kaleb, and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. At 7:00 AM, I tried opening my garage door. When it failed to open, I noticed that one of the lift springs had broken. Thinking that having a car trapped inside, on a Friday, during a holiday weekend would be a problem, I decided to try Precision’s website. The service request was booked around 7:15AM, and by 8:00AM Kaleb rang the doorbell and went to work. Once again, it seems that these days it’s difficult to find anyone that is interested in working. It’s refreshing to find someone like Kaleb, and Precision striving to provide service in a timely manner.

Guys were out in less than an hour from our call. Chad was super nice, and friendly.

The technician, Tim Van Vuren, arrived before the scheduled time (he did call beforehand to confirm that was okay, and I was very happy to have him arrive early). He was very courteous and gave me a detailed explanation of what needed to be done and what we might want do now or in the future. Setting up the appointment was effortless with the extremely polite and helpful individual who took my call. I received a 30 minute courtesy call from Wes which truly is helpful for a busy schedule. He arrived promptly and took time to answer my questions and provide excellent information. When I asked about my existing system and the warranty (I had my receipt), which was installed by Precision, he confirmed my warranty. Wes got to work quickly and had my garage door opening in a short time. He explained how things have changed since the pandemic. He provided detailed information on what I needed to do with the new type of springs. He shared information on side mount systems, leaving me with a brochure I could share with my spouse.
