Really quick response to our request for service. They were out within a day. The service person (Chad) was very knowledgeable and courteous, explained exactly what he was going to do, and did an excellent job of repairing our door. We will continue to use this company for all our garage door needs in the future.

Called Precision today around 3 p.m. installed was here about 40 minutes later. Installed two new garage doors and programmed three remotes. Worked constantly until after 7 p.m. And did a great job on the installation and clean up. Explained how to use the remotes, explained about the warranty. Good experience.

Today Wesley your technician called to let me know he would arrive at 08:00. He’s represents your company very well. Our problem was a garage door that was 12 years old with issues. It would open and close randomly. Wesley took time to walk us through our options and accessories. We agreed on what was our best solution. He did an outstanding job with the new install and answered all questions we had during the process. He was very courteous and professional. He made this experience amazing. Thank you.
