My technician, Riley, arrived early (yay) and did call ahead to ensure that it was OK. He was friendly, professional and explained everything well. Unfortunately it was an expensive repair but the alternatives were explained well and I was not pushed in any one direction. Very professional!

On Wednesday, July 7, my husband came home and the garage door would not open. He thought it was the remote, then we went to the garage to check it out. It was so messed up. The rail connecting the garage door to the opener was bent and the springs on top of the door were split. We couldn’t even open it manually. While I was messing with it, he happened to be looking through a local magazine and saw an ad for Precision Garage Door. We called and at about 3:40 and had an appointment for between 4:00-6:00, same day. The two technicians were prompt and explained what was going on and gave us a few options for the repair. They got right to work and the garage door was fixed that evening. They explained how everything worked. I heartily recommend this company!!
