Hayden was assigned to fix our broken garage door keypad. I knew replacement was required which he did. What I have always liked about Precision technicians is they thoroughly explain what they are doing and where appropriate in the process involve you. Hayden at no charge oiled the track and system before he left. We would never use another company.

Within 90 minutes , Hayden was at my door , showed me what the problem was and fixed it . He also recommened replacing the original steel rollers with new nylon rollers . I was impressed with the different these new rollers made , quiet as a mouse . This company and it’s service are second to none , excellent , honest service , they are the BEST .
