I already knew I wanted to replace most of the old system so had researched prices up front. When my technician, Reggie, arrived he inspected my existing set-up to determine what was in good condition and what he thought should be replaced and why. Reggie then presented several different options and associated costs. I was pleased to learn the prices were highly competitive and made the decision to proceed with the installation. Reggie was quick, efficient and delivered a first-rate installation. Following the installation Reggie went over everything with me and made sure I didn’t have any questions before departing. I must say it was refreshing to deal with such a professional technician and company.
