I was impressed from the initial phone call at 7:30pm to the completion of the service. Someone actually answered the phone at night. I was set up for an appointment 1st thing the next morning. I immediately got an email confirmation of the service call. The tech call and said he would be at my house in 20 minutes and he was. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He gave us several different options on the repairs and explained the different options. He performed the repairs quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Riley as a service tech. I felt the customer service was great as well as the tech.

Garage repair, service was quick and easy. Replaced the spring, was done in less than 1.5 hours. Very professional would recommend to anyone.

My door opener needed reprogramming. Precision responded quickly and fixed the problem. They also noticed an installation error made by another company and fixed that as well. The service team was very professional and knowledgeable and I’m happy to recommend them.
