The Precision Overhead Door Tech arrived earlier than expected which worked out great. He worked hard to resolve all of my garage door issues, and he kept me informed through out the repair process. He was very knowledgeable about all the parts of a garage door and its components. The tech was polite and professional through out the service call. I was having an issue with my garage door openers and needed some general door maintenance. I called today having searched for repair companies in the Orange Park area. I was able to get an appointment for this afternoon and the technician, Wesley, was very personable, professional and excellent in explaining what was wrong and what needed doing at this time to make my garage door and openers in good working order.

They were able to schedule me for first thing the next day (a Saturday), called before they came and arrived 10 minutes earlier than the appointment was for. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had the replacement part on their truck. On top of the repair I had them inspect and lube everything. Everything was done in less than 1 hr. FAST, PROFESSIONAL AND EASY!
