What great friendly service from Wesley the tech! I called to have my springs replaced on a SATURDAY and Precision came the same day and unbelievably amazing they called and were able to make it an hour earlier than their appointment which I very much appreciated. He also checked all door components to make sure they were working correctly and lubricated everything. I would definitely recommend Precision and I will be using them for many future needs.

A keypad was installed; however I did not receive an estimate prior to job.

We had used Precision in the past and always had great service and good advice on products and needed service. Our door wasn’t operating properly (gaps on one side and making noise when opening and closing). I called precision at 1:00 and was advised they would be there between 2:00 and 4:00 same day. I got a call saying when they would be there at 3:00. The service by the Precision team was perfect. They made adjustmenst, lubricated all that need it and were done promptly all at a very reasonable price. Thanks Precision.
