I called and to my surprise they were at my house two hours later to give me an estimate to replace my garage door. The estimate was very reasonable and we scheduled the installation. Today they showed up 15 minutes early (yes, I said early) and completed the installation and it looks great. Very professional from start to finish.

Chad Martin was very nice and knowledgeable about the problems I had. He fixed them all!!! New outdoor remote and repairs to the door. All working well when he left my home.

They kept me updated and apprised throughout the process. They had me inspect and approve the completed work before signing the final invoice. AND they finished the job in two hours! My husband and I were very pleased, and we would highly recommend these two gentlemen!

Very pleased with Precision. They had a tech here within an hour of my calling the office to request repair of a broken garage door spring. The tech was highly skilled, polite, and had the job done quickly. He called my attention to some wear on the drive belt between the motor unit and the belt pulley, even though they don’t service that part. Would definitely recommend Precision to others.

superb customer service in setting up an appointment on a Saturday with no additional charge for a weekend service. The technician called ahead to let us know his ETA and presented him self to us in a very professional and courteous manner. He explained every step of the process and was able to complete the service within an hour. Both doors are balanced perfectly and the adjustments made totally fixed the issues. I have used Precision Over the last five years and have never been disappointed in any way.
