May 2022 Installed a new door and new opener. Service technicians were professional and explained opener use. Impressive service and am very pleased I chose this company.

Garage door would not open and I noticed the broken left side spring. Searched on computer for service specialists nearby. Precision had an impressive site with a huge amount of positive reviews. Called and made an appointment for later that afternoon. Hayden called and asked if he could come 2 hours earlier, which was perfect for me. He arrived when he said he would and inspected the problem and offered spring choices. Both springs were replaced, door adjusted in about an hour and I was able to go about my business. Everything works as expected and 100% satisfied.
