Could not be more pleased with the repair and service. Got me scheduled in quickly and tech, Michael G., actually called before arriving and came earlier than expected. He was very professional, explained everything to me, and pointed out some things for better care of the door. Repair was done timely and and he cleaned up after the repair. We only had minor issues with creaks and pops when opening and closing the garage doors that the original company that installed them could not fix. The Precision tech properly adjusted everything and was excellent at explaining what was causing the problem and how it could be addressed. Additionally, he arrived on schedule and was very polite and willing to listen to my concerns.

I called this am and got an appt for today. The tech Michael called me and said he could come early if I wanted. From the minute he arrived his knowledge and professionalism was such a welcome change. Most of the time I deal with rude and condescending techs. Michael was polite and very nice. I WILL call these folks from now on and will highly recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you !!

I needed a new bottom seal on my garage door. Wes, the service technician, was ahead of schedule and called and asked if he could arrive an hour before my scheduled appointment. That was a plus for me. He was very friendly and courteous. He explained the entire process from beginning to end. He is definitely a keeper. Highly recommended

I was having a wifi problem with my garage door opener. I was out of town and needed it to be fixed asap. I called Precision and they sent Reggie out to install a new opener. Within 1-1/2 hours of my call, my opener was installed and I am very, very happy. I’m just tickled with my new opener, remotes and keypad. Great job Reggie.
