Garage door failed late yesterday evening. Spoke with representative at that time and scheduled for today. Tech called when he was in transit and arrived well within expected 2 hour timeframe. Reggie Davis was professional, personable and efficient. He replaced springs, cables, overhead track and other needed parts in less than time estimated. I was particularly impressed that he took a few minutes to insure that we were familiar with routine and safe operation of the door. We were also able to take advantage of the senior discount offered by the company. Thank you!

I would like to say that these guys are the best. Alan was extremely thorough and showed me everything he was talking about. I would also like to say I called to try and get someone to fix my door and I no sooner came into the kitchen after calling and I received a call that the tech was on the way. What a response !!
