We appreciate the prompt response to our appointment request. Nate arrived, introduced himself, evaluated the situation and had our new garage door opener installed within an hour. He was pleasant and did a great job of teaching me to use the new opener. He made sure I completely understood everything and had no questions or concerns before he left.

I came home on a Friday after work and motor on garage door opener seized up and wouldn’t open. At 5pm I called and they made appointment for 8am Saturday and showed up at 8am. The motor was under their lifetime warranty and only paid $69 for service call. They were prompt and friendly.

Dalton was courteous and helped us understand what needed to be done in the repair of our garage door. Especially appreciated the prompt response – as the damaged door happened late Friday nite and we were pleasantly surprised that we had Dalton the following morning to repair the door and upgrade the motor. and bent railings.
