I called Precision requesting a repair to my garage door opener….Kole was the tech that arrived at my home. He explained throughly the repairs that needed to be completed. I decided to upgrade my opener to a belt drive unit….he also replaced all the rollers…springs… cables…electric keypad outside and inside.. The garage is now operating flawlessly and is ultra quiet!! Very professional job!
