We had A real emergency .. garage door was stuck and looks broken last night! Did not work at all! Our neighbor recommended your company! We called in the mourning and Jeremiah Phillips arrived before noon today !! Jeremiah is very pleasant abs very professional gentleman! He fixed the door and recommended some upgrade as well. Our garage door opener stopped working. The door would only go up about a foot and then stop. Called Precision and they were able to come out the same day. That was great. The problem was a broken spring or something like that. Since the original opener was of a different brand they couldn’t fix the broken spring but then could replace it. So they replaced the spring mechanism and it works better then ever. Super smooth. Took them about 45 minutes to do the work. The reason for 4 stars vs. 5 was that I felt it was a bit expensive for what was done. It cost $450. Overall I am happy that they came out quickly and fixed it quickly and did a good job but wish it was not so expensive.

I called in the morning and my door was fixed by the afternoon. Jeremiah called to ask if he could come earlier than he was scheduled. He was able to fix it right on the spot and was super friendly . I would recommend Precision to anyone looking for fast excellent service. It was also less expensive than the a few other quotes I received when checking around for prices. .

Precision’s technician Wes did an excellent job of explaining options available to fix our garage door. Due to the door opener’s age we opted to get a whole new opener. His work was thorough and he patiently explained all of the new opener’s features. He cleaned up his work area afterward and explained the warranties, etc. Very pleased with the job he did. I called Precision with my door problem on Monday at 4 PM and by 5 PM today the garage had a new opener! Wow! What service!

Called to give an estimated arrival time and arrived on time. Reviewed the problems, gave a cost, replaced the remote and keypad, lubricated as needed and door was working like new. Technician was very professional and courteous and did an excellent job. Will definitely use again if needed.
