Jeff was terrific. He was prompt, pleasant, and professional. I had called because I was having trouble with my 2012 LiftMaster system. It had begun responding erratically, and some of the several remotes I had been using had stopped working entirely. Jeff located the problem, a failed “motherboard” within the motor housing. He offered two solutions: 1) try and locate a replacement board, or 2) replace the entire opener including all eight new remotes. Jeff said a replacement board would probably have to be a used one, if available at all. So, I chose complete replacement. All parts needed were in Jeff’s truck, which meant he could proceed with the replacement immediately. Jeff completed the installation that same afternoon/evening. There was just one “hang up” which Jeff eventually solved: We could not make my previously-installed MEROSS iPhone-controlled system work. After more than an hour of trying to pair the MEROSS system to the new GENIE system, Jeff suggested installing an Aladdin Connect iPhone-controlled alternative. He installed it on my phone, assisted in setting up the account, paired it with the GENIE and tested it successfully. PERFECT! i was especially impressed with Jeff’s patience and persistence in getting all work done, even though he had to work well past normal working hours to do so. He’s a good man.

My tech today was Tobias and is a extremely knowledgeable and personable representative. He was very informative and was a pleasure to work with today. Im always impressed with the quality of personnel and service with Precision.
