Tim was very courteous and professional. He called about 30 minutes before arriving to confirm his arrival time and he arrived exactly 30 minutes later. I needed a new garage opener and he took the time to explain the operation of the new opener as well as the online features associated with it. I’d recommend them for anyone with an issue with their garage door opener.

A serviceman arrived at my home 30 minutes after my call to the office. Frank was knowledgeable, friendly, and completed work in about a half hour. BTW, the company who installed the doors, and previously serviced them told me it would be a week before they could come out. Keep up the good work Precision!
