I called at 1357 spoke to Tori she was so sweet asked all the questions and was able to set up an appointment for me the same day she told me my appointment was from 1600 to 1800. I received a call from my technician Reggie asking me if he could come earlier then the appointment time and he showed up at 1448. Was able to resolve my problem with my garage door within minutes! I called Precision Door Service first time because my door will not open. Michael Gavanditti responded. He is very informative and went an extra mile to explain how my garage doors work and how to use different buttons to enable or disable door functions. Simply based on his very positive attitude, I will refer him to anyone who wants a good garage door service done. For sure, my issue was solved. Due to heavy load, the switch was tripped so door couldn’t open.
