Frank is an outstanding repairman! Thoughtful, polite, and quotes the problem, and repair bill estimate before beginning the job. I understand the cause for and fix for the problem. He was also on time – always appreciated.

My scheduled time was between 10-2. I was called by Wes as he was early. He arrived at 9. Wes was very polite and answered all my questions. I would definitely have Wes, and or Precision come again if service was to be needed.

Precision was on time, actually ahead of time. Technician was very friendly and did an excellent job including a few extras. I would definitely recommend them.

2:00pm – Garage Door Opener self-destructs 2:20pm – Call Precision & set same-day appt for 4pm 2:45pm – Alerted that technician can now be arrive at 3:15 3:15pm – On-Time arrival, assessment & commence new opener installation 4:10pm – New door opener installed & shaking hands (err, bumping fists) BODA BOOM, BODA BING….Great job by Nate & Josh(?) !!!!

I have used Precision Garage before to install new rollers and a tune up. This time I had a new power unit and belt drive installation. The service has always been great. The men are very knowledgeable and helpful. Just a great experience. I highly recommend this company.

From meeting the salesman to having having garage door completely redone, this has been a excellent service! The salesman was dressed very well, answered all of my questions and showed me all of the options I could choose from. The day of installation, the technician called me and was actually able to install my entire garage door and system sooner. The technicians cleaned up during and after and discussed everything that was done, the warranties I have and helped me set up the code on my garage door. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend this company!
