Precision installed a new opener a little over a year ago. Recently it started opening and closing on its own. We called yesterday and Frank came out and as I was explaining what was going on, the door opened and closed again on it’s own. He reprogrammed the unit and the remotes, hopefully this will cure the issue. Frank was the Technician who installed the unit, so I was pleased he came out again to troubleshoot the issue.
