This is the second time that I have used Percision and I’ve been very pleased both times. On todays call I was pleased that I was able to get a same day appointment. In fact Mike Danforth was an hour earlier that the specified time of between 2:00 and 4:00. He worked fast and efficient and I was very please with the cost. I will use Percision again for any garage door needs.

Tim was a wonderful technician. He explained everything and had my garage door opener installed in no time. I have only gotten excellent service and care from the Precision techs that I have had to work with. I recommend Precision to all my family and friends.

I saw the adds on TV and also found some coupons in Mint magazine so I thought I would give Precision a call and I am glad that I did. They came same day, where actually able to come a little earlier than scheduled. The service person was very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. He made several arguments and it cost me the service call only, which I was very pleased with. If I have any problems in the future I will definitely call Percision again.

Tech was prompt, efficient and quickly installed the new springs. He did a safety check and tightened up a few loose connections in addition.
