Attempting to make a decision on a new garage door for new build.

I chose Precision because of the many great reviews. Mark, the salesperson was very kind, professional and you could tell he knew his business. We had the pleasure of having Chance and Matt install our garage door and opener. They were also very kind and professional. They did not leave until they ran us through all the instructions regarding our garage door and opener. I would highly recommend all involved in my business transaction. I felt 100% satisfied when they left.

Rebuilt practically the entire opening device parts as for springs, wire cables, rollers and even the 16’ pipe since the rollerS were rusted onto the 1” pipe!

My technician’s name was Wesley. He was on time and very knowledgeable and professional. He went over everything about the repair needed and the charges and then asked if I had any questions. He repaired the garage door in a timely manner and explained everything he had done. I found Precision on Angie’s List and used them because I was happy with a previous job they did for me. Those interested in using them will not be disappointed.

This was a follow up to my recent spring replacement. Put in a new opener and was having trouble, manufacture said Springs were too tight. Jason adjusted them and then helped me troubleshoot my problem. Turns out I had a bad opener and he recommended a different brand. Got the brand he recommended, installed it and it works flawlessly. Highly recommend this company.
