Wonderful service….and just when we needed it!!! Both cars trapped in garage with broken spring and husband on way out for trip and I needed to get my elderly mom to an important Dr’s appt. Mike, our knowledgeable, clean cut and professional technician, saved the day along with a terrific intake operator. We discovered the problem at 0845 and Mike had us up and on our way by 11AM sharp so; from start to finish our emergency was taken care of in 2hrs and 15 mins. Now that is service! When our garage door spring broke our cars were trapped inside our garage. Since we are senior citizens we could not manually open the door. Precision arrive within hours of our call. The technician, Mike Danforth, was courteous and professional. He replace our garage door springs and several other parts that showed signs of wear. I will call Precious again if I have any garage door problems.
