The technician installed a piece metal so my garage door opener could attach to the door. The piece was too long so the screws don’t properly attach to the door correctly. The piece of metal would have attached better if it was smaller or if the end of it was slightly bent. I was disappointed in the job.

I can’t begin to tell you how professional and knowledgeable Hayden was. He was able to come a little earlier which worked out great for us. Hayden explained everything to us and replaced our opener as well as replaced and upgraded other parts that were beginning to show wear and the possibility of failing.
