I called this morning and was able to get a same day appointment. Austin, the technician was amazing! He notified me he was able to come earlier than the original appointment. Explained everything, performed a thorough inspection, and had a new keypad with working remotes completed in about 10 minutes! This is a great company. Our garage door springs broke and we were prisoners in our own house. We called Precision and they were here within a couple of hours. They promptly replaced the springs and fully serviced the door, including lubrication and replacement of some defective hardware. Our technician, Wesley, was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. This is the only company we will consider calling for future garage door work.
