He was on time and very thorough in completing the work (installing new key pads) and seeing to it that everything worked to our satisfaction before leaving. Jason was prompt, examined the garage door to detect the problem and explained the solution to fix it. He figured the cost before starting work and finished within the time frame he quoted. Throughout the process, Jason was courteous, patient and understandable in his explanations. When finished, he demonstrated how the new equipment worked. Excellent experience.

Jason Sheppard came out. I had new rollers installed, keypad installed, springs tightened and lubed. Great service, friendly, informative and helpful. I will use him in the future.

Garage Door would not open this morning-I called Precision Door before 8:00 am and had an appointment set for between 10 and 12 the same day. Service man called me before 10 and said he would be at my home by 10:45-he was there promptly and fixed the door and installed a new key pad opener for us. I’ve been using Precision Door for over 10 years and will never use another Garage Door Company. Precision Door is very professional, honest, on time and thorough. I was impressed that the service man that came out has been with Precision Door for 10 years!
