Andreu did a fantastic job for us today. It took a bit of thinking and some work for him to figure out the problem, because the door was binding, occasionally and not opening unless the wired button in the garage was held down until the door closed. It wasn’t the rollers or track alignment, but turned out to be the mounting bar from the opener to the door that was not installed properly. He fixed it after about 4 different setting attempts, and finally got it just right. It had been installed just a bit off. You are fortunate to have a man like this on your team.
