I called for an appointment and they came the same day and fixed the rails, new rollers, new springs, new cable, etc. I will say I did not “shop” for prices so I cannot comment on that, but they were so courteous and I needed the repair right away. They took all the debris (old parts), with them and everything was great when I got home. I was able to have them call me when they were finished, and pay over the phone.
