I called. Within the next hour Precision was at my door. Technician Tim Van Vuren diagnosed the problem, told me what my options were and then went about doing the job. Tim is really good and he is friendly. He cares about the quality of his work and that was what tipped me into making the decision on my best repair option.

My Technicians Michael Gavandalli, arrived today he was very professional knowledgeable. He arrived on time he fixed my problem by make some adjustments to my door. Here I was on a Saturday at 4 o’clock in the afternoon when my garage door became a problem. Found ad in Angie’s List magazine & also Mint magazine & decided to make a call. Was very impressed by fast service as Mike was at my door within 35 minutes. Problem was immediately taken care of. Apparently one of the wires on the sensor had been defective. Mike took the time to explain what had happened & was very professional & courteous. Would definitely recommend this service to all my friends.
