I contacted Precision Door Service when my garage door came off track due to a broken cable. I received same day service within 30 minutes of my 2-hour window. The tech, Gilbert Brown was courteous and professional. He performed an inspection of the parts of my 14-year-old garage door and explained what needed to be replaced and provided repair or replacement options. I replaced the springs, rollers, cables, bearings, drums and and a worn bottom seal. After the work was completed he showed me the new parts, explained the warranty and reviewed the invoice with me.
