When the gear stripped on my 18 year old garage door opener, I decided it was time for a replacement. I chose Precision even though I had not heard of them previously. The technician came out the next day and did an excellent job of replacing the opener and rollers. WOW – we did not know it was possible to have a quiet door opener. Before we could not open the door if we had guests as it would surely awaken them. Thank you for excellent service.

Billy James was our technician. He came right on time and identified himself when I answered the door. He went into the garage and said he would let us know what he found out about the door. After inspecting the door he had a list of what needed to be done and why they needed to be done. We were not able to stay for him to do the work but he said he could be at our home first thing the next morning. He was 15 minutes early and started to work. In the 2 hours that he said he would be finished the job was done. On a scale of 1 to 5 we give Billy a 5. He was fast and the work was done to our satisfaction.
