Came out on Memorial Day with no extra charge. The technician Ryan, was personable, knowledgeable, and expert at is work. Broken spring was replaced efficiently. Also had 20-year old opener replaced. Ryan make sensibe recommendations and all work was excellent. He also programmed my car’s built-in remote. Ryan explained everything (operation, maintenance, safety features, warranties, etc.) clearly. I recommend Precision without hesitation.

Sean was very thorough and explained what we needed for the job. He came out on Memorial Day morning. The broken spring needed replaced. He was in & out in a short period of time. Will call next time needed.
