We called Precision and spoke with a very kind receptionist who accommodated our appointment needs perfectly. Our technician was Michael and he called to let us know he was on his way and arrived within the window of time we were given. He was super friendly and helpful, and within a couple of minutes was able to diagnose the problem. Not only did he make the necessary repairs, he went above and beyond to give us extra information to help maintain the system we have, but also provided us options in case we wanted to make changes in the future. He stuck around and checked and tightened all springs and bolts so that our door was running smoothly. He was very kind and answered all of our questions with expertise and clarity. We will DEFINITELY call Precision for all of our future garage door needs and we will request Michael!!
