Scheduling a service repair was so easy. Within minutes a service rep called to say that he was on the way. He was very friendly and explainEd what needed to be done and let me watch. When he was done, he helped program an opener and mounted it on the wall. Highly recommend.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and well spoken technicians. Called to ask if I could accommodate an early arrival, which was perfect for me. I was also interested in replacing my door. I had completed the online specifications on the company website for the door to which I had interest. They had all of the information on the new door specs when they serviced the old door. I had 2 appointments. One for a new door estimate & one for the install. Both guys that came out were awesome! The estimate was on a Sunday. Precision is one of the few companies to come out on a Sunday. They were very polite, very professional & easy to work with. I will recommend Precision to anyone who needs work done on their garage door.
