Excellent service! The technician called to notify me he was on his way and was on time, was very courteous and professional, quickly diagnosed a ‘frequency’ problem that caused intermittent opening failures, applied a fix and thoroughly tested his solution to my satisfaction.

Garage tension spring broke Sunday, so I checked DIY web sites for install instructions & costs. Home Depot & Loews parts were $150+ so then submitted 4 requests @NE.FL.BBB to A+ rated companies to provide parts & installation. Monday received 2 estimates & call from Michelle at Precision that Frank could fix it bewteen Noon & 2pm for less than $250, including parts, tax, tools, travel & 1year warranty. I decided the add’l $100 was worth it, to avoid the Do-Over/Safety risks, cost of special tools & my time as a novice which would have taken me at least twice as long to do, assuming I wouldn’t need ER & medical help. Frank called to confirm appointment & showed up early by 11:30am Monday. Frank was done by 1:30 pm, but could have been done in an hour, if not for his patience with my many questions & poor AT&T network connection at my home. Please pass on my gratitude to Frank & Michelle for their pleasant & proffesional performances. I had a great experience with Precision & highly recommend their team. I am very happy with my decision because the Springs installed were much heavier duty than the 160 pound retail springs online, so should last much longer on my 300+ pound aluminum door & tensioned by an experienced proffesional. Frank Cassidy was the repairman. He was prompt and efficient, and the price was reasonable for the time to get here and about an hour to work.
