The guys at Precision did a great job. They accidently installed the wrong doors (a mix up at the manufacturer), but they remedied the mistake immediately. Very polite, punctual (always let us know when they were coming), and communicated each step of the process clearly.

Sean did a great job. Prompt, attentive and very knowledgeable. Replaced the rollers on my garage door – showed me where the old ones had worn the track. Inspected my door and balance. Spoke very highly of his company – Precision.

I called Precision after spending four miserable hours trying to install a universal keypad. I tried all the codes on the 18″ list of instructions, nothing worked. I called Precision on Wednesday afternoon about 3:00pm and scheduled an appointment for Thursday between 10:00am and noon. I received a call from Sean and he arrived about 10:30. He went to work immediately and was able to diagnosis the problem and fixed it in less than 1 1/2 hours. He was very cordial and professional in his work and in diagnosing the trouble. I highly recommend Precision to all my family and friends in the future. A good company is hard to find, but this company and Sean are number one in my book.

Had a great experience with Precision. Garage door stopped working and they were on site less than 24 hours after my call. Repair options and prices were explained clearly with the tech recommending the less costly repair! Issue was resolved quickly and effectively. Highly satisfied. Will recommend and will use again.

I found your ad in the yellow pages but I had no prior knowledge of your company, however, the ad caught my eye so I figured I’d try you. Well, I was very pleased with the service, the promptness, and courtesy of the tech. For something that happened so quickly (broken spring) I was so thankful that I could have it taken care of in a timely manner with no inconvenience. If asked I will definitely refer anyone to your company.
