Tim did a fantastic job on repairing my garage door, I was not able to be there so my brother took over waiting for them my brother is all around handy guy and he was impressed with the job done. Had a spring break late Thurs night. Called Fri afternoon and said they can be there that day but we would not be here. Made the apoinment for Sat morning between 8-10 showed up right at 8 and the job was done in about 1 hour A+ service

Great experience from start to finish. Our garage door opener stopped working on a Friday afternoon. My husband’s call was answered right away and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She was able to get a tech out that evening. Ryan, our tech, was able to come earlier than planned (he called to make sure that was okay!), he arrived and assessed the problem, explained it to us and gave us an estimate. He did a great job and we’re happy to have everything working again. Would definitely call again if needed and recommend to a friend!

Love Precision door! I had them rebuild my door with all new components a few years back and bought the warranty. I just had a spring break and called them first thing this morning. The technician was at my house before noon. Garage door is repaired and it was just a minimal service fee. Also, I loved the confirmation email with all of the technicians’ pictures. The technician was great. Very professional and organized company. So far, I’ve been extremely impressed.
