I was very disappointed. Cody was a delight when he came and fixed the issues with my garage doors. He was patient and explained everything to me…even gave me the steps to program the remote if it went on the fritz again. I was very impressed! Keep up the good work!

The technician (Tim) arrived on time, after phoning and saying he would be here in a half hour. He examined the garage door opener and the garage door and gave his best advice. We decided to repair the opener and replace the rollers on the garage door, which may extend the life of the opener. He was courteous and completed the work quickly. I was pleased with the service and the fact that Precision came out the same day to make repairs. I would recommend them to anyone needing service.

Ryan provided excellent customer service. He was prompt,courteous, experienced and highly effective. You could tell that providing real customer service mattered to him. He listened to my requests and worked very effectively to provide the desired results. By the time he left all three of my garage doors were working smoothly, he replace one belt and installed an outdoor keypad as well.
